  2. Solutions

Technology solutions that scale with the business.

Cloud, DevOps, full-stack development and integrations, architected for performance, security and continuous growth.

Technologies we run

  • AWS
  • Google Cloud
  • Azure
  • Terraform
  • Kubernetes
  • Docker

From problem to solution in production, with real engineering. The team that designs your architecture is the same one that keeps CCX Messages and NexLog OS running.

Three ways to work with CCX

We choose the model based on the scenario, and many operations combine all three over time.

Fixed-scope project

Defined scope, timeline and cost, for implementations and migrations with clear requirements.

  • Milestones and deliverables per phase
  • Decision gate at the end of each phase
  • Kickoff within two weeks

Dedicated squad

Senior full-stack engineers embedded in your team, for continuous evolution and digital products.

  • On-demand scaling
  • Onboarding in 48 hours
  • Dailies and biweekly reviews

Consulting and advisory

Assessment, architecture and hands-on guidance, billed hourly or as monthly advisory, for technical decisions without building a whole team.

  • 30-minute assessment, at no cost
  • Target architecture and a plan with milestones
  • Monthly advisory after go-live

One hub at the center, every practice connected

Cloud, DevOps and full-stack development converge in the CCX solutions hub; integrations and apps flow out of it, with security and data at the edges.

From assessment to results, in weeks

Two-week sprints, incremental deliveries and automated tests from the first milestone to the last.

  1. 1

    Discovery and assessment

One to two weeks of immersion in the technical ecosystem, mapping infrastructure, bottlenecks and opportunities.

  2. 2

    Architecture and planning

One to two weeks to design the target architecture, the stack and a plan with milestones and KPIs.

  3. 3

    Agile implementation

4 to 12 weeks of sprints with incremental deliveries, code review and automated tests.

  4. 4

    QA and security

Ongoing: load testing, penetration testing and a security audit at every milestone.

  5. 5

    Go-live and monitoring

One to two weeks, with blue-green deployment, intensive monitoring and dedicated support in the first 72 hours.

  6. 6

    Continuous evolution

Optimization, security updates and architecture evolution after delivery.

From problem to solution in production: a guide

Unstable infrastructure: cloud architecture

We architect infrastructure on AWS, Google Cloud or Azure with infrastructure as code, auto-scaling and disaster recovery. Terraform describes the environment, Kubernetes and Docker run the applications, and every change goes through review, like code.

It is the same multi-region architecture, with a dedicated egress IP, that runs CCX Messages, applied to your environment.

Manual deploys: DevOps and CI/CD

Automated pipelines from commit to deploy, with integrated tests, feature flags and rollback in seconds. We work with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD, Docker and Helm, depending on what your team already uses.

Isolated systems: integrations and APIs

We connect systems with robust APIs, event-driven architecture and message queues, using REST, GraphQL, gRPC, RabbitMQ and Kafka. Store, ERP and contact channels communicate with per-event idempotency.

For ERP, CRM and e-commerce, see the systems integration page.

Vulnerable security: security engineering

Security by design, at every layer: WAF, identity management with OAuth2, encryption, a secrets vault and SIEM. RBAC, scoped API keys, rate limiting, an immutable audit log and penetration testing complete the foundation.

LGPD and GDPR controls are designed together with the application, not after it.

Understaffed team: dedicated squads

Senior full-stack engineers join your team with flexible scaling and onboarding in 48 hours. On the front end, React, Next.js and TypeScript; on the back end, Node.js, Python, Go and Java.

See how dedicated squads work.

No visibility: observability

Monitoring, logs and alerts with custom dashboards, built on Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus and Sentry. Technical KPIs such as uptime, response time and infrastructure cost are defined in discovery and tracked from the first deploy.
